摘要
With the development of digital technology, information technology and network technology, textbook digitalization, in particular the digitalization of primary and secondary school textbooks, has become an inevitable trend in textbook publishing. At this stage, China's main form of primary and secondary school textbooks digitalization is "electronic schoolbag", and the business development mode with the mainstay of terminal hardware manufacturers, network operators, traditional textbook publishing enterprises, etc. respectively has gradually come into being. But the special attributes of textbooks under the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the systematic feature of textbook digitalization determine that China's primary and secondary school textbook digitization cannot completely adopt the method of full market competition, but it is necessary to give full play to the functions of governmental macroeconomic regulation and control, adopt win-win cooperation under the auspices of the government, and thus form a win-win mode featured by the leadership of government, the cooperation with a due division of labor among content providers, platform technology providers, network operators and terminal hardware providers, and the active participation of schools (students).
