Bringing the Economic Model to the Human-Computer Interface

摘要：
An examination of network control suggests that a simple abstraction at the human-computer interface suffices as the mechanism for the purpose of prioritizing and tailoring traffic. This mechanism for Quality of Service (QoS) adaptation is understandable to human users because it follows a simple rationale based on the notion of ration. As an instance of an economic model for network control, this mechanism at the user interface is proposed for implementation within a military setting of network-centric warfare.
