Discussion on the Information Service of University Library

The talent shortage, the laggard service concept, the unconstructive sevice attitude and the unsound reading guidance are the main poblems of the university library information service. To optimize the level of university library information services, the information service mode and subject service should be changed, the information resources construction should be speeded up, the readers demand should be analyzed carefuly, the ways of information provided to reseachers should be innovated,the comprehensive skills of the librarians should be broaden,the reading guadance system and service means should be improved.
