摘要
In this study, BHX-71 (Bacillus mucilaginosus Krassilnikov), high efficiency biosorption Pb2+ Zn2+, Cu2+ bacterium, was isolated from bottom sediment in industrial wastewater. The experiment got the optimum adsorption condition of BHX-71: the adsorption time was 48 hours, the adsorption temperature was 27 similar to 33 degrees C, the biosorbent dosage was 0.3mL and the pH value of solution was 5.55 similar to 6.54. Under this condition and when the initial concentration of Pb2+,Zn2+,Cu2+ was respectively 15mg/L, 10mg/L, 15mg/L, the highest removal was 97.3%, 85.5%, 64.7%. The experiment on treatment of waste water with heavy metal of Huloudao zinc factory by BHX-71 showed that it had good effect on Pb2+, Cu2+. The concentration of Pb2+ could reach the standard of industry waste water treatment. So the prospect of biosorption in application of industry would be presented.
