摘要
Since the beginning of cement manufacturing, innovative process technologies have continuously evolved, aimed at making the cement process more energy efficient. In the last thirty years, WHR power systems have advanced globally with steam (SRC) and organic (ORC) Rankine cycles for power generation. With the advancement of additional environmental emission reductions, heat transfer techniques from one section of the cement process to provide re-heating for catalytic processes for DeNOx and THC/oHAP reductions requiring an optimum "temperature window" have evolved. On balance, today the technology for conservation and recovery of energy in cement has advanced, along with enhanced environmental control capability for catalytic processes requiring heat transfer management. Details of operating experience with process design and economic analysis for energy recovery and heat transfer process by thermal oil experience are presented in this paper. An additional benefit is that CO2 emissions are reduced by offsetting the need for additional fuel usage.
