摘要
An energy harvesting boost converter is presented in this paper. To maximize the source's energy harvesting performance, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technology is implemented with no additional switch and time slot. This boost converter is designed with a 180nm CMOS process. The input voltage of boost converter is 0.2-0.5V and generates the output voltage of 1.2V. The total area of this converter is 600um X 475um. The measured efficiency of this DC-DC boost converter is 91.0%.
