Spin-splitting-zero conditions in magnetic phases of α-(BEDT-TTF)2KHg(SCN)4

摘要
The spin-splitting-zero conditions g mu = 2n + 1(n = 0, 1, 2,), where g is the spin-splitting g-factor and mu the effective mass, make nodes in the amplitude of de Haas - van Alphen oscillations. Angle dependent magnetic torque studies on the organic conductor alpha-(BEDT-TTF)(2)KHg(SCN)(4) determined the spin-splitting-zero angles in each magnetic phase. The angle shifts at the phase boundary, which demonstrates the change of g mu. This observation is discussed with the reports of the change of mu at the phase boundary and the magnetic field dependence of g.
