Effect of internal stray fields on the high-frequency properties of magnetic thin films

摘要
The effect of internal stray fields generated in nanocrystalline ultrasoft films with inducted uniaxial magnetic anisotropy (due to an arbitrary orientation of the crystallites) on the high-frequency magnetic susceptibility is considered. It is demonstrated that internal stray fields comparable to the field of magnetic anisotropy can lead to a substantial broadening and a bimodal form of the magnetic resonance. The effect of the internal stray fields should be taken into account in the analysis of the dispersion properties limiting the range of working frequencies of ferromagnetic films.
