Vicious Cycle of Poverty and the Psychological Capital: Performance and Intervention Development

Intervention and development on poor people's psychological capital is necessary when the vicious circle of impoverty results in the vulnerability of impoterty. The situations of poor people's psychological capital were not good proved by the facts that poor people were self-exclusion, poor people had psychological problem caused by impoverty, and the manufacturing worker's series suicide happened recently in the Fujitsu company also certified that. Therefore, a model that was learned from the current model should be built to intervent and develop poor people's psychological capital, in which a fairer environment should be created, and many supporting policies should be issued which embedded psychological instruction in the poverty alleviation service system.
