摘要
The universal two-child policy benefits both the society as a whole and families that expect two children. However, the impact of this reform of fertility policy on female career prospects is almost ignored. As the subject of reproduction, women suffer great physical and mental pressure, which poses a big disadvantage and even a threat to their career development. Therefore, due attention should be given to women's pursuit of a career life; women and men's roles in the family should be redefined and measures should be taken to better protect women's rights in the workplace.
