A Research on the Cultivation of Educational Administrators' Social Responsible and Moral Quality

Teaching management is the core of college management. In modern societies, educational administrators must improve their social responsible and moral quality continually in order to fulfill the demands of increasingly more complicated management work. In this paper, the author discusses the connotation of the social responsible and moral quality of educational administrators in Chinese universities, and explores ways to provide social responsible and moral quality trainings for the educational administrators. This research may contribute to promote social responsible higher education in China.
