摘要
in the peri- respectively paraanal area different skin glands are found, which can mutate cancerously. Within the scope of a retrospective study from 1990 to 1999 different tumors of the perianal region of the dog in 57 patients were recorded. The resulting data were evaluated regarding the prevalance, possible predilection due to age, sex and breed. The most frequent growth is the adenoma of hepatoid glands. In addition, the adenocarcinoma of the hepatoid glands and the anal sac gland adenocarcinoma are seen in a far smaller number. Beside the typical cancers of the perianal region, any form of neoplastic degeneration of the local tissue and adhesive structures can be found.
