Time-dependent strain development under constant stress in TRIP steels

摘要
In this work, the time-dependent strain development in transformation-induced plasticity steels is systematically investigated. At constant stress, a significant increase in strain with time is observed during stepwise tensile tests. The reason for this development is possibly the martensitic transformation from retained austenite as a result of strain-induced temperature changes. (c) 2006 Acta Materialia Inc.
