THE MYTH OF THESEUS IN EL LABERINTO DE CRETA AND LAS MUJERES SIN HOMBRES BY LOPE DE VEGA

The Fenix, in addition to his dramatic and political objectives, in this mythological works addresses an ethical issue that worries considerably the stoic from Cordoba, Seneca, for his terrible social prejudices: the realization of the favor and, obviously, its opposite, ingratitude. In this article I analyze the focus of the playwright about that moral problem in relation to the outlook of the Spanish philosopher.
