摘要
This paper aims at discussing the main factors of influencing knowledge transfer of organization science and technology innovation team and the performance indicator, and on the basic of which the relationship of influencing factors and individual knowledge transfer is studied. Through studying a lot of documents and literatures, this text lists the concept and the category of knowledge, the influencing factors of knowledge transfer and transfer model. The author goes on researching through the way of questionnaire survey, and analyzes the results of questionnaire survey by using the SPSS statistics software, and modifying the research model and hypothesis according to the result of survey and analysis. At last this paper proposes the incentive mechanism of knowledge transfer in organization science and technology innovation team.
