摘要：
The aim of the article is to find the ways how to solve these failures. Article also explains reasons of the most important factors of failures in project management. One of the possibilities how to avoid of this failures is to use agile approach. Therefore there are mentioned the basic principles of these methods. Article also brings the results of survey which has been realized in forty Czech companies during 2013. The results of survey demonstrate that software and internet companies are using agile approaches more often than other companies from manufacturing area and services. (C) 2014 The Authors.
