摘要
The material and technical equipment of machine and tractor stations (MTS), the electrification of MTS and other agricultural facilities of the region are investigated. The main source of research was the materials of the State Archive of the Irkutsk Region. Novelty is presented by the statement and solution of a problem that, taking into account the indicated chronological and territorial frameworks, has not been considered before, in addition, the totality of empirical material first introduced into scientific circulation is analyzed. The relevance is due to the importance of ensuring the food security of the country, which implies the accelerated development of the material and technical component of agricultural production. It is noted that the relevance of the study is growing due to the fact that since the 1990s, MTS have been again created in Russia. As a result of the study, the structure and quantity of agricultural machinery, its capacity, replenishment dynamics by years of the study period were revealed. These indicators are compared with the pre-war 1940 and the year 1945. The specific weight of the required overhaul repairs of the equipment was calculated, and its performance was evaluated. The inverse relationship between the tractor power and its productivity, the level and dynamics of the electrification of the MTS and other agricultural facilities of the region are revealed. A number of indicators of technical equipment of the MTS region are presented in comparison with the data for the whole country.
