Reformation of tax revenue administration in new economy

With the arrival of world's economic integration age, new economy brings on a great reformation to the traditional economy; moreover, it impacts the current tax revenue administration to some extent. In the face of the development in knowledge economy age and network economy, the Lax revenue administration in China shall seize the favorable opportunity and face die challenge. Starting from the influences of new economy to the traditional economy and the current tax administration system, the author puts forward the measures to reform the method and system of tax administration, i.e., to change the management concept, implement the strategy of prospering tax through education and research, plan and build the intellectual network management platform, perfect die legal system of taxation, establish payment control system, and realize the supervisory control and management of tax source in the new economy.
