摘要
The current-voltage characteristics of carbon-wax composites with a fixed carbon fraction (p) slightly above the percolation threshold show nonlinear behaviour at different temperatures (T). The onset current, I-o(T) at which conductance starts deviating from its zero-bias value, Sigma(0)(T) scales as I-o similar to Sigma(0)(x), the exponent x being similar to 1.4. Interestingly, the same scaling behaviour of I-o with Sigma(0) was observed by varying p at a fixed T.
