An Analysis on Regional Culture in City Street Landscape Design

Urban construction pays more and more attention to the harmonious development of man and nature, and has entered a new stage of urban cultural image. The traditional city street landscape design, however, relatively focuses on the functionality, security, aesthetics and ecology, lacking of the attention they deserved in the representation of regional culture in the street landscape. Therefore, integrate regional culture in traditional city street landscape design, make the regional culture gradually submerged and rendering of people's hearts and all aspects of life, is very important. In view of the current status of city, this paper tries to illustrate how to optimize the traditional city street landscape design from the perspective of regional culture.
