摘要
The terahertz (THz) radiation interaction with lattice (optical phonon) and molecular vibrations in solids are used for diagnostic of material composition and processes occurring in organic and inorganic materials. The THz radiation source based on black-body radiation is design and used for the measurement of absorption and reflection spectra of materials in the 3-30 THz frequency range.
