摘要
The focus of the paper is to research the construction safety accident system and the safety management, analyze the system and take the falling accident for the example to establish the accident system brittle structure model. Take brittle analysis of the accident as a starting point to establish the construction safety management system discuss how to provide the accidents and give some ways used for reference. The happening of the accidents is the result of the interaction and the evolution among the factors. Existence of the accident factors is the precondition of the construction safety accidents, and the root cause of the collapse of the system is the brittle link among the factors. Both of them are the foundation of the safety management system, meantime they are the purpose of the control of the safety management.
