摘要
Universities have a large flow of students, decentralized campuses, and functional areas are far away from each other as a result of continuous development of higher education and the expanding of college enrollment. Students' studying and living are in great inconvenience. Portable public transport system will offer students travel convenience on campus. In the article analysis is conducted on the importance of the micro-bikes and electric scooters as a prototype vehicle on campus for students and on public facilities and management systems. The "long-term lease" and "rent at request" mode of operation is proposed. The establishment of portable public transport system has great significance for the construction of a harmonious campus.
