摘要
The size changes of a plate-like A-phase precipitates in a binary A-B alloy under irradiation is investigated theoretically. It is shown that radiation exposure affects the size of the steady precipitate and determines the conditions of its existence. It is established that the concentration of defects and precipitates size will either tend to steady state monotonically, nonmonotonously or oscillate.
