摘要：
A class of complex-valued neural networks with impulsive disturbances and time varying delays were studied in this paper. By applying the vector Lyapunov function method and mathematical induction method, some sufficient conditions for assuring the exponential stability of the equilibrium point of the system were obtained. The obtained conditions generalized the existing results. The correctness of the conditions is illustrated by a numerical example.
