摘要：

The coming of post-quota era brings China's textile enterprises with great opportunities. However, China's textile enterprises have to face great amount of trade dispute from other countries, especially America. The paper analyzes the reasons that cause disputes between China and America, and then brings' forward strategies *that can'be'ad6pted by Chinese government, textile Industry association and textile enterprises.
