The authors compare formulae due to Lucht (1979a) and Schwarz (1999), evaluating mean-values for the product n bar right arrow (F) over tilde (2)(n)=Pi(2)(k=1)f(k)(n+alpha(k)) of additiviely shifted [multiplicative] functions f(1), f(2 ($) over tilde).
