Low-coercive PZT-based material possessing the properties of ferroelectric and relaxor

摘要
The multicomponent rhombohedral ferroelectric PZT-based material with the impurity of a tetragonal phase, modified with certain additives was studied. Its Curie point is 215 degreesC, The peculiarities of microstructure, dielectric and pyroelectric properties, and also the dependence of the dielectric permittivity maximum temperature on the measuring field frequency suggest that this material belongs to ferroelectrics-relaxors.
