Problems like weak professional awareness, low-quality teaching team, rigidified education system, separation between theory and practice, etc. still exist in the undergraduate teaching of administrative management in local colleges and universities due to historical and social elements. In order to adapt to the social development and respond to the social need for administrative management personnel, the undergraduate teaching of administrative management in local colleges and universities has to enhance the students with professional awareness, improve the quality of teachers, fit in the advantageous resources of other specialties in its own college/university and emphasize the local features, as well as enhance the practice teaching.
