English is currently the international language of science. With the increasing of international communication, the graduate students are required to improve their scientific English level. They should have the communication ability on professional issue in English. The author attempts to conduct a series of reforms on the traditional Scientific English Course teaching for the graduate students. This paper introduces a new scientific English teaching method for the graduate students by simulating international conference presentation. Through the training of preparation for the simulated international conference presentation, the students' abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing of scientific English have greatly improved. The scientific English level of the graduate students is approaching to the international standard.
