摘要
CsPbI3, graphene and poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) P(VDF-TrFE) solution are mixed in one step to produce a film, the CsPbI(3 )and rGO are uniformly distributed in the P(VDF-TrFE) film to synthesize an extremely uniform size and spatially distributed mesh composite film. The open circuit voltage of the piezoelectric nano pressure sensor based on CsPbI3/rGO/P(VDF-TrFE) composite film is 12.5V, and the circuit current density is 425 nA. In addition, the piezoelectric sensor prepared by CsPbI3/rGO/P(VDF-TrFE) composite film has radically enhanced water/thermal/acid-base stability. Finally, the piezo-phototronic effect is realized by manufacturing self-powered sensors in CsPbI3/rGO/P(VDF-TrFE) composites, which has a significant enhancement of 3.26 times. The CsPbI3/rGO/P(VDF-TrFE) is an ideal material for preparing high-performance piezoelectric sensors and photodetectors. It has broad application prospects in mechanical energy acquisition and motion sensing technology.
