摘要：
This paper elicits the, conclusion that Knowledge Management in Digital Library should include Knowledge-oriented management Human-oriented management, and Ability-oriented management as the emphasis formation pat-Is, on the basis of the study on essential theory of Knowledge Management in Digital Library. Then, designing the Pattern of Knowledge Management in Digital Library from the three levels-knowledge resources management, human resources management, and organizational construction.
