Problems and Countermeasures of China's Housing Security System

In resent years, China's land property market is facing the over hot situation. The land property issue has aroused national wide attention, and the house price has become a hot topic. Though the government has released a series of policies, it failed to prevent the land property market become over-heated. There are many reasons for that, and one of them is the deficiency of the current policy. For building a harmonious society, by analyzing the practical problem in China and using the experience of the developed countries, this article gives suggestion on building a multi-level housing security system which is suitable to China.
