Study on the Time Differential Pricing Model of Urban Rail Transit

摘要
In order to achieve the goal of shifting partial peak demands to off-peak periods and reducing load ratio of subway vehicles during morning peak period, this paper considers to adopt the time differential pricing strategy. On the basis of exploring the feasibility and related factors of the strategy, bi-level programming model is established for timing differential pricing and particle swarm optimization iterative algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, it takes Beijing subway 13 line for example to verify the time differential pricing model. The results show that the strategy can alleviate overcrowding and increase revenue effectively.
