摘要
This paper presents a processing of medical ultrasound images with MATLAB. This processing is useful to potential diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in brain-stem area. Furthermore introduces. This paper also presents practical implementation of detection of pathological defects in SN for PD classification with area computing and experimental statistical analysis for reproducibility of designed algorithm, what is primary to practical using. Furthermore shows on experiments how to use artificial neural networks (ANN) to automated processing.
