摘要：

The milk is an essential feed containing in an equilibrate proportion majority of nutritional substances need by organism. Due to position of our country, as acceding member of EU, milk delivered by farmers as rough material destined to processing must correspond to EU standards. Several quality criteria must be accomplished: fat and protein percent, low TGN and somatic cells content.
