摘要
Two new phthalides, chuanxiongdiolides A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the roots of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Their structures were established by UV, IR, 1D (H-1, C-13) and 2D (HSQC, H-1-H-1 COSY, HMBC, NOESY) NMR, and HR-ESI-MS methods, and their absolute configurations were assigned via circular dichroism exciton chirality. The two compounds showed different degrees of inhibitory effects against butyrylcholine esterase.
