摘要：

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the uses of ICT in the school management process either as a tool used in school administration or as a means for organization decision making. The methodology used in this research is qualitative research method, and the research location is at Junior High School in Sukabumi of Indonesia Municipality. Through this research, I am hopeful to help the education system in my hometown improving its quality and service with a strategy designed by empowering ICT in educational field.
