摘要
We present calculations of electron capture cross sections in collisions of O2+ and N2+ with H(1s) for impact energies 0.001 eV < E < 10 keV and the corresponding rate coefficients for temperatures 10(2) K < T < 10(5) K. Ourmolecular close-coupling treatment leads to significant differences from the capture rates usually employed in the modeling of astrophysical plasmas.
