摘要：
Firstly, the article examines the impact of Nature and structure of equity ownership on thefirms R&D investment decisions using the pooling regressions of OLS and the fixed-effects and therandom-effects model of panel on manufacturing listed companies who had disclosed the R&Dinformation. In which we find that the relation between the proportion of first largest shareholding andR&D investment is converse "U". The second to fifth largest shareholder can check and balance the first largest shareholders on decision-making about R&D and the study rejects the conclusions that different properties of the company R&D investment significantly different.
