摘要
A longitudinal screening-model for postnatal depression is presented, containing Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). 278 consecutive women after delivery were investigated with this model The first screening was 6-8 weeks after delivery with the EPDS. Mothers with high scores in first screening had a second screening 9-12 weeks after delivery with the EPDS. Time between first and second screening was at least three weeks. Mothers with high scores in both screenings were investigated with the BDI and the HAMD. In mothers with high scores in both screenings and in the HAMD a postnatal depression was diagnosed A postnatal depression was found in 2% of delivering mothers. For exact calculation of the prevalence it is planned to investigate at least 500 mothers with this model.
