摘要
The student movement of 1971 in Colombia marks the social outbreak of the university middle classes in the framework of intense expressions of peasant social disagreement, of the teachers and the workers, in the last government of the National Front. The message of unity of action around the Minimum Program as a project to modify the university government, with the expansion of the participation of students and professors, created a movement that forced the State to pay attention to a problem long confronted since the 1960s. The idea of university reform connected with the new themes created by the conception of the Basic Plan, the role of the American foundations and the Ad Hoc business apparatuses destined to direct the epistemic level of the university ideological apparatus. Categories such as redefined democratization and nationalization underscore the search for an alternative to greater dependence and the tendency towards organic integration in the imperialist system.
