摘要
After several rounds of financing and such an extensive development model like excessive delivery and the reshuffle between enterprises, bike-sharing companies in China would surely step into an operating mode with appropriate scale and effective operation. In such an operating mode, the reasonable and timely scheduling in combination with demand, as well as the recycling of faulty bicycles, would be an important issue in terms of costs and benefits for company. Based on this situation, combined with the time-space changes of the demand of bike-sharing in one day and the actual demand at service point, it is considered to arrange scheduling work of bike sharing in the limit time, and at the same time, the faulty bicycles within a certain area are recycled, repaired, and re-delivered. Therefore, in this paper, we established a scheduling optimization model with time windows and with the objective function of minimizing the total cost which includes scheduling cost, recycling cost, and loss cost. Then, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model established. Finally, a certain area is selected as an example to verify the usefulness of model.
