An Analysis of the Benefit Joint Mechanism of the Dairy Industry in the Mode of "Enterprises and Dairy Farmers"

In the "Leading enterprise and Dairy farmers" organization pattern of dairy products industry chain, the leading enterprise and the dairy farmers constitute a benefit union body. The benefit joint mechanism between them coordinated or not and the adequacy of government regulation and control policy relates to the development of the entire dairy product industry. Taking the benefits of the dairy farmers as the angle of view, this paper studied the behavior of the benefit main body, the joint way of benefit between the leading enterprise and the dairy farmers and the income distribution mechanism, discovered and analyzed some problems that influence the health and the sustainable development of the dairy products industry that the dairy farmers are being and will be in the weak position for a long time, the joint way of the contract system exists limitation that the binding force of the contract is weak, the income distribution mechanism is advantageous to the enterprise tendentiously and there is a lack of government protection system. At last, this paper proposed some concrete countermeasures to promote the status of the dairy farmers, increase their profit, improve the government protection system, and optimize the income distribution mechanism.
