摘要：
(-)-Chrysanthones A is a novel keto-ol compound belong to one relatively small but interesting class of natural products exhibiting many different potent and notabte bioactivities like high antiangiogenic and anti-tumoral activity. Here, we have reported the synthetic studies directed for the synthesis of (-)-Chrysanthone A through the high yielding, step economic facile synthesis of appropriate tricyclic lactone derivative.
