摘要：
This paper presents the experience of developing an open teaching and learning repository for the secondary education in Sri Lanka. After the careful analysis of different trends, Curriki initiative was selected and it was localized to establish the repository. The paper gives the details from the requirement gathering to evaluation. The system was used to promote e-Content development and sharing among school teachers and students. It also helps teachers to establish a social network among others who have the same interest. This initiative promotes teachers to use ICT effectively in teaching and learning.
