摘要：
The construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone officially has become a national strategy. Shandong Peninsula's development will welcome unprecedented opportunity. This paper selects 21 indicators from four aspects including economic competitiveness, international competitiveness, infrastructure competitiveness, scientific and cultural competitiveness, then adopts the factor analysis method to measure the urban competitiveness of 7 cities in Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone by spss16.0, evaluation the competitiveness. Finally, this paper put forward countermeasures to improve the city competitiveness of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone.
