Hyperbolic Tangent Based Reconstruction of Compressively Sampled Cardiac Cine MRI Using Smooth Sparsity Norm Approximation

摘要
Cardiac cine MRI is a key imaging tool for assessing the cardiac vascular function. However, this benefit is restricted by the slow acquisition. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the acquisition to get the benefits of cardiac cine MRI. In this paper, we develop a novel reconstruction algorithm based on the hyperbolic tangent functions used in Compressed Sensing (CS). Results show that the hyperbolic tangent based CS reconstruction provides better performance as compared to the conventional soft thresholding based reconstruction method.
