摘要
Since the 21st century, Lithium battery research has been the main subject of the energy industry. The back-up power of Mobile communication base station is usually made up of several groups lithium battery cells in series, at this time, in the process of charging and discharging, part of the battery is full of charge ahead of time in the process of charging or in low potential ahead of time when discharging, So use for a long time, can reduce the service life of the battery pack as a whole. So only use the battery measurement system (BMS) can extend the service life of battery charging and discharging. In order to extend the service life of the battery pack as a whole, this article is based on active equalization circuit and put forward the fuzzy-PID control to solve the problem of battery equalization charge-discharge precisely and quickly.
