摘要
The dangers to which man is subject are many and varied, caused by natural forces, the use of technology specialists or social factors - economic. These dangers are generating pagubasi that man should know to shelter their effects, to act against them. Social-economic factors may also cause adverse effects on the normal course of the continuous negative economic activity. These categories are: economic crises, unemployment and inflation, bad economic situation, etc. Causes are determined by subjective and unconscious irresponsible attitude of some people, may cause or promote the recording of accidents with serious human and material. Knowing the circumstances under which various phenomena can produce harmful and damaging, enables man to take reasonable steps to avoid and prevent such phenomena or to limit their destructive action. Over time, businesses have sought to discover and implement ways of generating protection against risks to which they were exposed to potential damage to their production activities and marketing, and persons engaged in such activities. in today appeared highly variable and other risks due to continuous improvement of equipment and technology, creation of urban areas, increasing the number of vehicles etc.. For this reason, man has devised various means of defense against threats of any kind. These methods are based on prevention, care and provision.
